Bootle Town Centre Regeneration

Overview

In 2017 Sefton Council bought The Strand to leverage wider regeneration and fund council services across the borough.  After an extensive business case phase, Bootle begins a ten-year plan to roll out change across every part of the centre with over £80M of investment planned and work to commence on site in March 2024.
