Mid Summer Place is a high-quality destination shopping centre located in central Milton Keynes, a CACI top 15 destination.


Developed in 2000, the centre comprises a strong, predominantly fashion focused, tenant mix including Zara, Apple, Hugo Boss and Michael Kors.


The centre is currently undergoing a significant regeneration programme, the first element is the new Boulevard space, which is now the city’s main F&B hub, incorporating eight pods housing a variety of street food vendors, as well as Pret, Starbucks and Leon.

 

The ex-Debenhams department store space is also being revitalised, and Frasers will take 80,000 sq ft of ground and first floor space, and Lane 7 will take 40,000 sq ft of basement space.
