Highcross is a high-quality destination shopping centre located in the centre of Leicester and is the main retail, F&B and leisure scheme for the city.

Current tenants include John Lewis, Apple, a flagship Zara, Breitling, Hotel Chocolate, Jo Malone, Reiss, JD Sports, Showcase Cinema De Luxe and Treetop Adventure Golf as well as several quality restaurants such as Pizza Express, Nando’s, Pho, Turtle Bay, Wagamama and Zizi. 

Ellandi is appointed to deliver a re-invigorated destination that will add new retail brands, and modernise the environment to create vibrancy and energy throughout the centre. Ellandi will reimagine the F&B offer and will introduce a mix of national and artisan brands as well as provide alternative leisure uses. Ultimately Ellandi will curate a tenant mix that is attractive to the wide and diverse demographic in the city and surrounding areas as well as create an inspiring and memorable experience.

Ellandi is working collaboratively with key stakeholders including the city council, the BID and various community and art groups to create a vibrant and thriving destination that will be attractive to all visitors.
