Ellandi is appointed on the strategic asset management of the centre. We have stabilised the centre’s income with renewals to incumbent tenants including Boots, Superdrug, New Look, EE and Select, which are now completed. 

We are also working on the repurposing of the former Debenhams space so that the centre can evolve into a vibrant centre for residents and tourists alike.

Significant investment has been flowing into Great Yarmouth, one of the UK’s popular seaside towns, via various government grants. This has yielded improvements and there are further potential development initiatives such as student housing and civic uses.
