Ellandi have been instrumental in securing new lettings to Tim Hortons, Skechers, Ann Summers and Coventry Building Society. This is evidence of the asset's continued occupational demand and is effectively fully let.

Ellandi has overseen works to the canopies as part of public realm improvement to bring an increased vibrancy to this part of the city as part of the ongoing regeneration programme.
