Ladysmith Shopping Centre is a centrally located town-centre shopping centre in the market town of Ashton-under-Lyne. 

Ellandi is appointed as strategic asset manager and is currently looking at repurposing and repositioning opportunities for the centre in collaboration with stakeholders. We have navigated the centre to a strong position post-covid, with high levels of occupancy and rent collection. We have completed several lettings and lease renewals which has stabilised the income and generated cash flow for the client.
