Our Impact Report

Impact is central to our business model, as well as our values. We maintain our firm belief that doing the right thing drives a business and that fundamentally, if an asset works well for its community, it works well for its investors. Our values sit at the heart of our relationships with all our stakeholders, and we actively seek partners, programmes, and practices that will create lasting change.

 

We’ve created a platform for responsible decision-making across all corporate activities, from processes and policies, to recruitment and procurement. Our root and branch review culminated in Ellandi becoming one of the UK’s first real estate businesses of its kind to become a Certified B Corporation. It’s a decision that has seen us legally embed our commitment to a purpose beyond profit in our governance.


We’re incredibly proud to share our first impact report which includes reflections from the team, lessons we’ve learnt, and what’s next.
